Many Federal Contractors that seek Federal Contracts do not realize that submitting a proposal/bid and being awarded a contract is only the beginning of the government contracting process. Once companies win Government Contracts, most Agencies require specific documentation to be presented in writing within a defined number of days of award of government contracts and prior to beginning actual contract performance. There are also administrative items that must be provided throughout the duration of government contracts, depending on the agency awarding the contracts. Holliday & Associates, Inc. provides assistance with these Post Federal Government Contracting Award efforts when requested to do so by our clients. Once companies win Government Contracts, they often need support services related to Post Award and we offer the following:

• Assist with the preparation of required plans and procedures that the agency wants submitted either prior to the contract beginning, or during the actual performance of the contract effort. These plans and procedures may include, but are not limited to:
  • Quality Control Plans
  • Staffing Plans
  • Management Plans
  • Contingency/Strike Plans
  • Equipment Plans
• Assist with contact phase-in/transition when requested
• Assist with negotiation and preparation of contract modifications as needed
• Assist with personnel and subcontractor recruitment, if requested
• Assist with vendor/supplier acquisition, if requested
• Provide ongoing technical and administrative support throughout the life of the contract
