A little bit about the Founder of Holliday & Associates, Inc...

Zachary Holliday had spent four years in the United States Marine Corps. During his career in the Marine Corps Zach spent time in Okinawa where his unit was part of the 1989 Team Spirit Campaign. During this training exercise Zach went to Mountain Warfare School with the Korean ROK Marines. In 1990 Zach was one of the first Marines to touch ground in Saudi Arabia after the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq.

During his campaign Zach and his unit was attached with Task Force Ripper and Task Force Papa Bear. This is where Zach and his historic unit Echo 2/12 were doing Artillery Raids off the beaches of Kuwait. This is some of the proudest moments in Zach’s Marine Corps Career. Zach spends a lot of his free time spending it with helping out his fellow Veterans in assisting them in special needs programs and employment opportunities through partnering the Veterans up with organizations that can benefit them in all of their needs.

Zach distinguishes himself as one of the most successfully active and recognized proponents for Disabled Veterans, Small Business, and Non-Profit Organizations at both the Federal and State levels of Government. He clearly understands the Political and Business Environment in which he operates. He successfully establishes strategic positioning of synergistic solutions on many Government Agencies for Corporations, Small Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations he represents in Business Development, Marketing and Management Services. Zach also has strong relationships with some local and Federal Congressional Members of Congress. He is a huge advocate for Veterans and their families.

Zach has over 15 years of experience working with the U.S. Federal Government. He manages Holliday & Associates, Inc. strategic vision while leading capture planning and acting as the "Red Team Evaluator" for our clients. He has served as a Proposal Architect, Capture Manager and Technical Writer for hundreds of technical proposals to include large design-build construction projects up to $400,000,000.00 and MATOC projects up to $350,000,000. Zach maintains a firm understanding in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) regulations, best businesses practices and protocols, as well as analyzing competition and factoring award probability.
